Scott Kelby walks you through his workflow process for backing up his work. I’m impressed with the redundancy (he’s proven that he had needed that redundancy) and how almost automatic most of the process is. I’ll have to re-read the article and see where I can mimic some of it to my workflow.

PosteRazor will take one image and allow you to divide them up into multiple sections. This will allow you to print a large image using your standard size printer. However, the reason I like this program is that it will allow you to mimic some of the latest trends with artwork in some home decorating magazines that take one scene and break it up into multiple picture frames. This will be a summer project for me. I need to get some prints on the wall near my staircase. This could be very interesting look.
PosteRazor is open source and has binaries for Windows, Linux, and Mac. OMG I love Open Source!

I’ve had a surge of telemarketing calls lately and it’s prompted me to start some additional research on what I can do about it. There are a number of great sites with some great ideas and solutions around minimizing some of the unwanted calls. 
If you live in the US, the number one site everyone should register for is the National Do Not Call Registry. However, this only keeps honest companies honest. I needed something more.
I wanted to document my first impressions with learning how to program in Cocoa. As I had posted previously, I’m using Aaron Hillegass’s book Cocoa® Programming for Mac® OS X, Third Edition on Safari Online’s site. Due to other commitments, I’ve only covered the first six chapters of the book.
High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDRI or HDR) has been around for a while – but I only just discovered the techniques in the last few days. You’ve probably have seen a ton of images with that uses these techniques and wondered how did they get that shot. In my case, my very desktop wallpaper was an HDR image — it’s actually the first image in the Wikipedia article, and I didn’t even know it!
